Zenith Services Inc. is hiring a Contracts Specialist with experience in end-to-end contract management to join its Global Logistics Contracts Team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the full Contract Lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, risk analysis, and execution.
- Act as the single point of accountability for assigned logistics contracts.
- Lead contract renegotiations and ensure timely execution across stakeholders.
- Support procurement with legal and contractual insights.
- Resolve contractual disputes through negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Track and monitor obligations through CLM tools and ensure compliance.
- Provide reports on compliance metrics, risks, and corrective actions.
- Support CLM implementation, automation, and digitization initiatives.
- Provide feedback to enhance contract management system efficiency.
Eligibility
- Mandatory: LL.B.
- Preferred: Certification in Contract Management or related areas.
- Experience in logistics domain contracting (Air, Ocean, Warehouse, Parcel, or Surface Transportation) preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CLM tools and Contract Obligations Management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project management tools (e.g., MS Projects).
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a global environment.
