The role involves managing a varied conveyancing caseload, including property sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions, while ensuring compliance with all relevant legal procedures.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing a full conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts related to property transactions.
- Conducting research on property titles and related matters.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors.
- Attending client meetings and providing regular updates on transaction progress.
- Ensuring compliance with conveyancing procedures and legal standards.
Eligibility
