Digital doctor clinic is hiring a Coordinator – Legal Wing with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves managing legal compliance, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external advisors to support the organisation’s legal operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate all legal activities, including compliance, contracts, and documentation.
- Draft, review, and maintain legal agreements, contracts, MoUs, and official documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Liaise with external lawyers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Support management in handling legal disputes, notices, and litigation matters.
- Maintain records of legal documents, agreements, and case files.
- Assist in preparing reports and legal updates for management.
- Coordinate with departments (HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure legal compliance.
- Coordinate with partner employees to ensure revenue/legal compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 2–3 years of experience in legal coordination, compliance, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor laws.
- Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation software/tools.
