Details of the Job/Internship
Netflix is hiring a Coordinator to join its India Legal Team in Mumbai. The role supports the team by improving workflow efficiency, managing contracts, and aligning with cross-functional partners to facilitate content delivery and legal operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze content agreements and manage rights attributes in the rights management system.
- Set up and align distribution windows with cross-functional teams.
- Administer contracts, manage databases, and handle contract execution and filing.
- Maintain templates, forms, dashboards, and knowledge bases.
- Track credits, obligations, and deal terms via spreadsheets.
- Coordinate legal document collection and delivery processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment across teams.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate on improvement solutions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in contract management, rights management, or paralegal roles at a global company, studio, or law firm.
- Strong understanding of legal documents and content rights.
- Proficiency in Google Suite; knowledge of Airtable or similar tools is valued.
