Details of the Job/Internship

Netflix is hiring for the position of Coordinator, Legal Workflows, Tools & Operations with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret content agreements, and input distribution windows/rights data into the rights management system.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate setup for successful title launches on Netflix.
• Manage contract administration including execution, filing, and database maintenance.
• Maintain and update legal templates, dashboards, forms, and document management systems.
• Track obligations, deal terms, credits, and ongoing deliverables through spreadsheets and knowledge bases.
• Coordinate the collection and delivery of production contracts via the legal delivery process.
• Work closely with global and regional partners to align processes and communication.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and partner with teams to implement process and tool improvements.

Eligibility

• 4+ years of experience in contract management, rights management, or paralegal roles in a law firm, studio, or global organization.
• Media & Entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Law degree not necessary).
• Strong understanding of contracts and legal documentation related to content production and distribution.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Passion for technology, media, and innovation in the legal space.

Salary/Stipend
