Deenis Law Chamber Welfare Foundation is hiring a Copyright Attorney for a full-time on-site role in New Delhi. The position involves providing legal advice on copyright and intellectual property matters, managing copyright registrations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and conducting research on copyright-related issues. The role also includes representing clients in negotiations and disputes involving copyright matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on copyright and intellectual property matters.
- Handle copyright registrations.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Conduct research on copyright and related subjects.
- Represent clients in negotiations and disputes.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of law with a focus on copyright and intellectual property.
- Expertise in labour and employment law.
- Experience in providing legal advice to clients.
- Proficiency in legal and case law research.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- LL.B. or LL.M.
- Bar membership and licence to practise law in India.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
