Details of the Job/Internship
Mott MacDonald is hiring a Copyright Expert with at least 8 years of experience to join its global Knowledge and Information Management team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement copyright and confidentiality compliance processes.
- Draft, update, and maintain internal copyright and confidentiality guidelines.
- Review technical documents to ensure compliance with client confidentiality requirements.
- Educate engineers on copyright-free content submission practices.
- Promote awareness and accessibility of engineering subscription resources.
- Create training materials and conduct sessions on copyright and content policies.
- Support subscription management, including access control and renewals.
- Coordinate with global library and AI teams to improve content discoverability.
Eligibility
- Minimum 8 years of experience in library management, subscription management, or copyright compliance.
- Strong understanding of corporate copyright law.
- Experience managing external subscriptions and renewals.
- Master’s degree in Library & Information Science, Information Management, Legal, or a related field.
- Higher qualifications or certifications in copyright law are preferred.
