Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti is hiring for the position of Core Litigation Advocate with 7 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft high-quality legal pleadings and documents, including:
  • Writ petitions, plaints, complaints, written statements, evidence, rejoinders.
  • Statements of claim and defense in arbitration proceedings.
• Represent clients before:
  • District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, Tribunals, and Appellate Forums.
  • Arbitration and Mediation forums.
• Conduct thorough document vetting, legal research, and case analysis.
• Handle end-to-end litigation processes with strategic insight and attention to detail.
• Ensure timely deliverables and proactive case management in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. from a Tier-1 law school; LL.M. preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of core litigation experience in:
• Business, Civil, Commercial, Corporate, and Industrial Laws.
• Key Competencies:
• Exceptional drafting, research, and legal analysis skills.
• Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy abilities.
• Fluent communication in English and Hindi.
• Deep understanding of procedural and substantive legal principles.
• Ability to strategize and act decisively under pressure.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Professional demeanor and a collaborative, client-first mindset.

Salary/Stipend
