Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti is hiring a Litigation Advocate with 2–3 years of experience to represent the firm and its clients from Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters related to civil, commercial, corporate, business, industrial, labour, and consumer disputes.
• Manage cases related to money recovery and cheque bounce matters.
• Conduct legal drafting, filing, and legal research.
• Represent clients in court and present arguments.
• Handle matters independently on behalf of the firm and its clients.

Eligibility

• Advocate with 2–3 years of experience in core litigation.
• LLM preferred.
• Ability to handle drafting, filing, research, and arguments independently.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
