Details of the Job/Internship

Argus Partners (Solicitors & Advocates) is hiring an Associate with experience of 0-2 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in Corporate practice matters involving Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
• Support legal workflows related to Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) transactions.
• Provide legal advisory and documentation support for Technology and Data Privacy matters.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence for corporate clients.
• Draft and review transactional documents and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with senior members of the firm to execute client mandates in the Bengaluru region.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• 0 to 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Interest or foundational knowledge in M&A, PE/VC, or Technology Law.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.

Salary/Stipend
