Details of the Job/Internship

Aikyam Law Offices is hiring an Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join its Corporate & Aviation practice. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients across India and the GCC on corporate and aviation transactions.
• Work on M&A, private equity, real estate, and technology-related transactions.
• Deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of PQE in corporate transactions.
• Qualified to practice law in India (English law qualification is an added advantage).
• Prior corporate transaction experience is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
