Details of the Job/Internship
Finleaf is hiring Corporate Advocates / Legal Associates with 2–3 years of experience (freshers with strong drafting skills can also apply) to join their Ghaziabad / Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review transactional documents, including Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Investment Agreements, Term Sheets, MoUs, NDAs, and Employment/Service Agreements.
- Prepare loan, ICD, and security documentation.
- Assist in AIF formation and SEBI regulatory filings.
- Handle FEMA, RBI, and NBFC compliances, including capital structuring and foreign investment documentation.
- Support corporate restructuring, mergers, and due diligence processes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, compliance notes, and board presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities for submissions and clarifications.
- Provide support in dispute management and arbitration in corporate, civil, and financial matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B / LL.M from a recognized institution.
- 2–3 years of experience (freshers with strong drafting skills may apply).
- Strong command over corporate law, contract drafting, and regulatory frameworks (SEBI, FEMA, RBI, MCA).
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with professionalism and attention to detail.
