Details of the Job/Internship

ZOYINFINITY HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring for the position of Corporate Advocate with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and risk assessments to senior management on business operations and transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including vendor agreements, lease contracts, and service-level agreements.
• Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, licensing norms, and industry regulations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage relationships with external legal counsel.
• Prepare legal documentation and maintain organized records of contracts, notices, and filings.
• Monitor legal developments and implement necessary changes in policies and practices.
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving business goals through legally sound strategies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); a Master’s degree or additional. certifications in corporate/commercial law is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience handling corporate legal matters, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and regulatory law.
• Proven ability to negotiate and draft clear, enforceable legal agreements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
