Details of the Job/Internship

Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan attorneys is hiring for the position of Corporate and M&A-Transactions with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

Transactional Expertise:

• Experience handling mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and other corporate-commercial deals.
• Exposure to strategic corporate transactions, deal structuring, and documentation.

Advisory & Regulatory Knowledge:

• Strong advisory skills on corporate laws and sector-specific regulations.
• In-depth understanding of key legislations including:
  • Companies Act, 2013
  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • FEMA, 1999
  • SEBI Regulations
  • RBI Guidelines
  • Competition Act, 2002
  • Industrial and Labour Laws
  • Data Protection Laws
  • Legal Metrology Act, 2010
  • Dispute resolution mechanisms

Execution & Delivery:

• Ability to independently manage transactions end-to-end, including drafting, negotiations, and client communication.
• Capable of working under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality work product.

Eligibility

• Integrated five-year law degree from a reputed university with a strong academic track record.
• Additional qualifications such as LLM, CA, or CS will be an added advantage.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in the corporate law practice of a well-regarded law firm.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
