Details of the Job/Internship

Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan attorneys is hiring for the position of Corporate and M&A-Transactions with 4-8 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

Transactional Expertise:

• M&A transactions, private equity investments, venture capital funding.
• Joint ventures, corporate commercial agreements, and strategic corporate transactions.
• Advisory Expertise:
  • Corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance advisory.
  • Strong understanding of key legislations, including:
  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Companies Act, 2013
  • FEMA, 1999
  • Competition Act, 2002
  • SEBI laws & RBI regulations
  • Labour & Industrial laws
  • Data Protection Laws
  • Legal Metrology Act, 2010
  • Dispute resolution frameworks.

Eligibility

• Law degree (5-year program) from a reputed university with strong academic credentials.
• Additional qualifications such as LLM / CA / CS will be an advantage.
• 4–8 years of experience in corporate practice at well-regarded law firms.
