Details of the Job/Internship

InduRatna Law Associates is hiring a Corporate and Property Lawyer with 3–5 years of experience to handle corporate and property law matters in the Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad area. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft property agreements and allied legal documentation.
• Handle society deemed conveyance and society redevelopment matters.
• Draft and vet corporate agreements and contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence and legal research.
• Attend client meetings and manage legal documentation.
• Handle civil litigation independently.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate and property laws.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
