JSA is hiring a Corporate Associate/Senior Corporate Associate with experience of 4 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Eligibility
- Capability to run M&A transactions and due diligence exercises.
- Domain and regulatory knowledge governing Energy and Infrastructure projects.
- PQE: 4 years and above in law firms / in-house counsel in energy and infrastructure sector preferred.
