Details of the Job/Internship

ADG Legal is hiring a Corporate Associate with over 5 years of post-qualification experience to join their corporate team in Dubai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle corporate matters including UAE corporate structures, M&A, and commercial contracts.
• Draft and review corporate and commercial documents.
• Work closely with clients and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
• Assist with transactions and related corporate advisory work.

Eligibility

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate structures.
• Outstanding English drafting skills.
• Experience in M&A and commercial contracts.
• Adaptability, professionalism, and a client-focused approach.
• Experience in private equity, investment funds, financial regulation, or proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
