Details of the Job/Internship
Badsha Legal is hiring a Corporate Associate with experience in corporate and commercial laws to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and legal agreements.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to provide strategic advice on corporate transactions.
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Advise clients on the legal aspects of business operations and corporate structuring.
- Assist in comprehensive due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Handle regulatory filings and maintain statutory documentation for corporate clients.
- Provide legal support across specialized areas such as Real Estate, Banking, and Securitization.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in corporate and commercial legal frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with legal filings and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of Real Estate, Banking, or Intellectual Property is considered a plus.
