DMD Advocates is hiring Corporate Associate with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Eligibility
- Corporate law work with experience in M&A and PE transactions.
- Should have worked on due diligences and documentation.
- Should be good at drafting, should speak and write English well.
- They expect the candidate to have worked largely in law firms.
- Should be able to work independently, deal with clients confidently.
