The role involves handling corporate law matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, providing legal advice on financial transactions, and supporting clients with business needs. Responsibilities also include assisting with legal research, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with clients from diverse industries.
