Goyel & Goyal (Formerly JKGA Law Chambers) is hiring a Corporate Associate with experience of 2 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating investment documentation on behalf of company/investor clients.
- Conducting legal due diligence on investee companies.
- Research on various regulatory positions undertaken by RBI and SEBI.
- General corporate advisory and commercial contract review.
Eligibility
- Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail and a keen interest in venture capital and regulatory landscape in India.
- Minimum of 2 years of PQE in corporate advisory, and VC transactions.
