Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys is hiring a Corporate Associate to join their Chennai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Experience in General Corporate Advisory and Corporate Commercial Transactions, including M&A and Private Equity. 
• Knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, SEBI and RBI Regulations, and Employment & Labour Laws. 
• Exposure to handling compliance work for companies. Strong legal drafting skills 
• Exceptional analytical ability with a logical and problem-solving approach to complex issues. 
• Ability to perform and thrive under pressure. 
• Strong marketing and business development skills. Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB / LLM.
• Experience: Final year students/Freshers.
