Details of the Job/Internship

LawCircle is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in South Extension-I, Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling civil, criminal, and commercial disputes.
• Draft pleadings and legal applications for various judicial forums.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on diverse case matters.
• Appear before courts and tribunals for hearings and proceedings.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective courtroom strategies.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and participate in courtroom strategy.
