Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and transaction documents.
- Advise on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and partnership law.
- Support M&A, due diligence, and deal structuring.
- Deliver clear, enforceable legal opinions and risk frameworks.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 5–6 years PQE in corporate law.
- Strong drafting, research, and client-handling skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and governance frameworks.
- Assertive, principled, and commercially aware.
