Details of the Job/Internship

Singhania & Co. is hiring a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its PE/VC and M&A practice in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SSAs, SHAs, JVAs, and other transaction documents.
• Handle general corporate advisory matters including memos, employment agreements, service agreements, and ancillary documentation.
• Assist with due diligence and end-to-end processes for M&A, PE, and VC transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong drafting skills.
• Demonstrated experience in PE/VC, M&A, and corporate advisory.
• Detail-oriented and proactive professional.

Salary/Stipend
