Details of the Job/Internship

SKAA is hiring a Corporate Associate with 0–3 years of experience to join their corporate team in New Delhi. The role involves working on corporate and commercial matters, including general advisory, joint ventures, and transactional work. The firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on corporate and commercial matters.
• Assist with general advisory.
• Work on joint ventures.
• Assist with transactional work.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 0–3 years of PQE in corporate law, ideally with exposure to general corporate advisory.
• Freshers with relevant internships in corporate law will be considered.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
