SRB-OJAS is hiring a Corporate Associate with 3–5 years of PQE to join their Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle general corporate legal matters and transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Provide legal support in real estate and technology law matters.
- Conduct legal research and assist in advisory work.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in corporate law, transactions, and contracts.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
