Details of the Job/Internship
ZEUS is hiring for the position of Corporate Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Experience in handling Corporate Commercial contracts, Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA), Sale Purchase Agreements (SPA), and Real Estate transactional agreements.
- Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating transactional documents on behalf of clients.
- Strong knowledge of the legal intricacies involved in corporate transactional work, including Foreign Exchange Management regulations and Company Law compliance.
- Exceptional skills in contractual drafting, client communication, and contract negotiation, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, as well as work independently to meet assignment requirements and deadlines.
Eligibility
PQE: 2-3 years.
LLB.
