Details of the Job/Internship

Agrim Law is currently seeking to employ Corporate Associates for their Gurugram and Delhi office.

• Education Qualification: LLB
• Experience: LLB with 2 Years of Post Qualification Experience

Role and Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of corporate and commercial laws such as the Companies Act, Contract Act, FEMA, RBI Regulations, LLP Act, Employment and Labour Laws, etc. They should also have experience in handling transactions related to M&A, JV, PE, and prior experience in dealing with start-ups.
• The candidate should be proficient in drafting and vetting various agreements and contracts such as SHA, SPA, JVA, Vendor Contracts, Assignment Agreements, Financing Agreements, etc.
• They should also have experience in conducting legal due diligence and should be able to handle general corporate advisory and corporate commercial transactions.
• Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on knowledge of statutory corporate compliances, excellent communication skills to communicate with clients, and the ability to handle regular client deliverables.
• The candidate should also be able to assist and brief partners in the allocated matters, perform other duties as and when assigned, and have law firm experience, which is desirable.
• Diligence, hard work, and a desire to grow with the firm are also essential qualities.
