Harshwal Consulting Services LLP is hiring a corporate attorney to join them in Jaipur office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters including corporate law, contract law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Design, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and protect the company’s interests.
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing projects and provide insights on emerging legal trends affecting the consultancy sector.
- Manage legal risks by ensuring that the company and its clients adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, mediations, or negotiations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address legal concerns and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
- Assist in developing and implementing company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that could impact the consultancy business and advise the company accordingly.
- Knowledge of international law and cross-border transactions
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance., Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously., High ethical standards and professional integrity., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., Experience in handling legal issues related to consultancy or professional services firms.
