Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a candidate for the position of Corporate Attorney with experience of 3-6 Years.

Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate will be providing legal services as a key member of the Corporate, Securities, and M&A section of HPE’s Legal Department (CSM&A).
• As a CSM&A attorney, a candidate will be working on a wide variety of transactions involving intra-group entities, such as distributions, contributions, mergers, and liquidations as well as corporate, governance, finance and integration matters on a WW basis.
• The Candidate will also be involved in day-to-day and annual corporate compliance of worldwide holding and operating entities overseeing matters such as powers of attorneys or adoption of annual accounts.
• The candidate will report to a CSM&A Director based in Geneva, Switzerland.
• The role requires the provision of legal advice to HPE’s business units and mainly to the Global Tax, Controllership, and Treasury teams in HPE.

Eligibility

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university, with strong academic background.
• Company Secretary qualification is a plus.

Experience

• 3-6 years in a top-tier firm or in an in-house legal department of a large corporation.
