Details of the Job/Internship

iSOCRATES Inc. is hiring a Corporate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to support a broad range of legal and corporate activities, including contract drafting, compliance, legal risk management, and strategic advisory for international operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, employment, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as NDAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, employment agreements, and SAFE instruments.
• Advise on data protection laws including HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA; draft Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Support corporate governance, capital raising, and M&A transactions.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and legal risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel across global jurisdictions.
• Maintain contract lifecycle processes, templates, and legal MIS.
• Advise on IP, export control, anti-bribery, and third-party risk.
• Stay updated on global legal developments and ensure compliance.

Eligibility

• Master’s degree or higher in Law with specialization in Contracts Law, Privacy Law, or International Law (USA & EU).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in BPO, SaaS, and/or technology managed services required.
• Strong command of American Business English.
• Willingness to work in Late EMEA/ET (USA) timings.

Salary/Stipend
