Details of the Job/Internship
Kodem Legal Technologies is hiring a Corporate Attorney with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
Corporate Governance & Transactions:
- Advise clients on business formation, structuring, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, and operating agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions.
- Counsel businesses on equity and debt financing transactions.
Intellectual Property & Compliance:
- Oversee trademark and copyright filings, IP protection strategies, and licensing agreements.
- Assist in managing intellectual property portfolios and responding to IP disputes.
- Ensure corporate compliance with industry regulations, including employment and data privacy laws.
Contracts & Commercial Transactions:
- Draft and negotiate vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other business-related contracts.
- Provide legal advice on contract disputes, risk mitigation, and enforcement strategies.
- Structure joint ventures, strategic alliances, and international transactions.
General Corporate Legal Support:
- Represent clients in corporate negotiations, administrative hearings, and regulatory proceedings.
- Provide legal research and analysis on emerging corporate law issues.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and practice groups within the firm
Eligibility
2 to 4 Years in Corporate Law.
