Details of the Job/Internship
Mobolutions is hiring for the position of Corporate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Advise on corporate governance, compliance, employment, and regulatory matters.
- Partner with business teams in client negotiations to facilitate smooth deal closures.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, IT laws, and international regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Identify and manage legal risks while providing strategic guidance to leadership.
- Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
- Draft and implement policies, processes, and compliance frameworks for global operations.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on compliance and legal best practices.
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized institution.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in IT services or consulting.
- Strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation with international clients.
- Knowledge of data privacy, intellectual property, labor, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
