Details of the Job/Internship
NetApp is hiring a Compliance Counsel to join its Ethics & Compliance team in the APAC region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance regional compliance programs.
- Support implementation of controls related to anti-corruption, antitrust, and other policy risks.
- Conduct and manage internal investigations, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
- Develop, revise, and enforce compliance-related policies.
- Deliver training programs and internal communications.
- Monitor regional legal changes and update company policies accordingly.
- Support data-driven compliance initiatives and metric tracking.
Eligibility
- Law degree.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing compliance programs for multinational companies.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in the APAC region.
- Experience in anti-bribery and corruption compliance, internal investigations, and policy implementation.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
