eJAmerica is hiring for the position of Corporate & Business Lawyer to join their Mysore office.
Role and Responsibilities
As the Corporate & Business Lawyer, the candidate will provide strategic legal guidance across key regions, including the US, Australia, Poland, India, and the Philippines. You’ll focus on employment and labor law compliance, contract negotiation (MSA, SOW, TO, PO), corporate governance, and risk management, ensuring that eJAmerica meets regulatory standards while minimizing legal risks globally
- Legal Support & Compliance.
- Risk Management.
- Documentation & Contract Management.
- Manage litigation processes with external counsel as needed.
- Process Improvement & Global Collaboration.
- Communication & Responsiveness.
- Support content development for marketing and branding.
- Frequent Domestic and international travel as needed by the company.
Eligibility
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and document review skills for contracts and other legal documents.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work within global teams and navigate cross-cultural interactions.
- Hands-on experience using MS Office, especially with MS Word.
- Prior experience or internship within a corporate legal team or law firm.
- Familiarity with international compliance standards and best practices.
