They are recruiting for their corporate commercial (M&A/PE/Contracts) practice in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafts, assesses, analyzes, negotiates, and finalizes contracts and agreements.
- Negotiates transactions and agreements governing M&A, business transfers, collaborations licensing, leasing, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Eligibility
- PQE of 2-5 years (relevant).
- Handled due diligence; drafted and negotiated M&A (domestic and cross-border), private equity, joint venture, business transfer, and divestment transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Contract Law, Corporate Laws, Real Estate Law, Employment Laws, etc.
- Client-service experience.
- Impeccable written and spoken language skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple and competing deadlines.
