Details of the Job/Internship

Athena Legal is hiring a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with 1–3 years of PQE to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial agreements.
• Provide general corporate advisory services.
• Work on transactions and advisory matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Support clients across diverse commercial and legal issues.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate advisory and commercial agreements.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Exposure to IP and media contracts is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
