Details of the Job/Internship

IndiaMART is hiring a Retainer – Legal with 2–3 years of experience to join their Legal – Corporate & Commercial department at their office in Noida, Sector-135.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with service partners, credit partners, and investors.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle, using tools and Excel to track key contract terms and deadlines.
• Provide compliance support, especially in digital lending, data protection, and fintech regulations.
• Offer corporate advisory services in line with evolving laws and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business, product, and compliance teams to align legal solutions with company goals.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized law school.
• 2–3 years of experience in commercial contracts and corporate legal matters.
• Preferably worked in a fintech, startup, or law firm.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
