Details of the Job/Internship

NeuroNest AI Pvt Ltd is inviting law students to join their office in Coimbatore. 

• Duration for Internship: 3-6 Months. 
• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday, full-time in-office)

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
• Support corporate due diligence and compliance reporting.
• Conduct research on the Companies Act, 2013 and allied legislations.
• Contribute to client and student training sessions through our legal app Juristbot.

Eligibility

• LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. (completed or awaiting final results).
• Strong interest in corporate law and governance.
• Good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and allied corporate laws.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
