Details of the Job/Internship
BPTP Group is hiring a Legal Manager / Senior Legal Professional with 10–12 years of experience in the real estate, EPC, or construction sector.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end litigation management, including civil, criminal, and land matters.
- Draft legal notices, replies, and court pleadings, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, construction, project, vendor, and customer contracts.
- Handle sales, lease, investment, and settlement agreements ensuring legal compliance.
- Advise on statutory compliance, including labour, environmental, and DPDP regulations.
- Supervise legal and regulatory compliance audits.
- Identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and legal counsel.
- Ensure effective written and verbal legal communication.
Eligibility
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in a reputed developer, EPC, or construction company.
- Strong experience in litigation and contract management.
- Knowledge of labour laws, environmental laws, and data protection regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
