Details of the Job/Internship
BPTP Group is hiring a Legal professional with experience of 10 to 12 years to join their office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end litigation management, including civil and criminal matters and land matters.
- Draft legal notices, replies to legal notices, and court pleadings, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, construction, project, service provider, customer, marketing, vendor, sales and lease documentation, investment and transactional agreements, and settlement agreements in compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Advise on compliance with statutory laws and regulations such as labour, environment, and DPDP.
- Supervise legal and regulatory compliance audits and provide guidance.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with operational activities and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and legal counsel to address legal concerns.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Eligibility
Experience of 10 to 12 years with a reputed developer, EPC, or construction company.
