Details of the Job/Internship
Jacobs is hiring a Corporate Counsel – Legal with 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience to join its Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate professional services contracts including client contracts, subcontracts, joint venture agreements, teaming agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
- Develop and update standard templates and contract documentation.
- Support contract management and assist in claims management.
- Provide legal and contractual training to internal teams.
- Advise business teams on contractual terms, compliance, and potential risks.
- Draft and review letters such as exclusivity and sub-consultant agreements.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with 3–7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong academic background and training from a reputed law firm or corporate legal team.
- Experience in the engineering, construction, or professional services sectors preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
