Details of the Job/Internship

Jacobs is hiring a Corporate Counsel – Legal with 3–7 years of post-qualification experience to join their Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating professional services contracts, joint venture agreements, teaming agreements, sub-contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
• Preparing and updating template documentation and assisting with contract management.
• Providing legal and contractual training to business teams.
• Advising on contractual covenants and potential legal risks.
• Drafting and reviewing letters such as exclusivity and non-exclusive sub-consultant agreements.
• Managing internal claims processes and related matters.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with 3–7 years PQE.
• Strong academic record with training at a leading law firm or in-house legal team.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or professional services preferred.
• Ability to identify risks, strong commercial awareness, and effective communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
