Infosys is hiring a Corporate Counsel (Legal Ethics and Compliance) to join its legal team in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs in alignment with global and regional legal frameworks.
• Advise leadership and business units on ethical and compliance matters.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation of potential compliance issues.
• Draft, review, and manage policies, codes of conduct, and internal governance documents.
• Provide training and awareness programs on compliance and ethics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Support investigations and audits related to ethics and compliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B/LL.M).
• Strong knowledge of corporate, ethics, and compliance laws.
• Prior experience in compliance management, preferably in the IT or consulting sector.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
