Infosys is hiring for the position of Corporate Counsel (Data Privacy & Cyber Security) with 8-14 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Independently handle regulatory compliance matters, including risk monitoring and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement remediation solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Policy Development:
- Draft and review policies, SOPs, and guidance notes related to regulatory compliance.
- Data Privacy & Cybersecurity:
- Provide advisory support on data protection and privacy laws, including EU GDPR compliance, incident management, and record retention.
- Assist in cyber security risk management, including regulatory disclosures, vendor interactions, and incident response planning.
- Immigration Compliance:
- Advise on immigration laws in EU, APAC, and MEA regions, including business travel, work visas, and reporting requirements.
- Review and update policy documentation to align with legal requirements.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
- Extensive experience in legal and regulatory compliance, particularly in data privacy, cyber security, and immigration law.
