CareerFly is hiring a Corporate Counsel Intern to join their Noida office. The intern will assist the legal team with daily legal matters, contract review, legal research, and document preparation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing contracts and preparing legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and support drafting of internal memos.
• Provide day-to-day assistance to the legal team on corporate matters.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law school program.
• Strong legal research, writing, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
