CareerFly HigherEd is hiring for the position of Corporate Counsel intern to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide analysis on relevant laws and regulations..
- Support in ensuring compliance with corporate laws and internal policies.
- Help in preparing legal summaries, reports, and internal memos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal queries and provide support as required.
Eligibility
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Prior experience or coursework in contract law and corporate legal matters.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal frameworks.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized law program.
