Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is hiring for the position of Corporate Counsel/Lead Legal Counsel with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet contracts and legal documents related to IT, ITES, and technology services.
• Negotiate and review Master Service Agreements (MSAs), EPC and Turnkey Contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, and Procurement Agreements.
• Handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs.
• Manage contracts involving OEMs, service providers, subcontractors across various domains including software licensing, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower services.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for contractual correspondence, amendments, extensions, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Safeguard company interests by identifying, mitigating, and managing contractual risks, liabilities, and deviations.

Eligibility

• Qualified LLB with a minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in IT/ITES/Technology sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to IT contracts and government procurement.
